About Kayla

Kayla’s love for the arts began early, expressed through drawing, dancing, singing, acting, and writing. After earning her bachelor’s degree in fine art from the University of Maryland, she began her career as an Art Director in Manhattan, working with world-renowned agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi and Grey Advertising.

In 2009, she moved to Los Angeles, where she spent nearly a decade as Creative Director for one of the largest fashion trade show companies in the world. During that time, she reconnected with her roots in traditional art, exploring themes of the divine feminine and creating a powerful body of work.

Her artistic journey took an exciting turn in 2018 when she discovered Augmented Reality. Teaching herself how to animate, she quickly became a pioneer of this emerging art form. Each creation was a process of healing, growth, and self-discovery that deepened her connection to herself and her creative purpose.

By blending the physical and digital worlds, Kayla developed a signature style that feels both mystical and mesmerizing. After eight years of refining her process, she felt called to expand her message and create something even more impactful. In 2024, she launched a new creative adventure that unified all her passions.

Rosie & Raven, her augmented reality children's book, combines heartfelt storytelling, original art, music, and technology. Designed to spark wonder while weaving in simple mindfulness practices, the book invites children to connect more deeply with themselves—and reminds parents that magic is real.
